There are five unique castles to discover on the shores of Lake Thun: The stunning parks of Hünegg, Oberhofen, Schadau, Spiez and Thun demonstrate fascinating history and are all accessible within less than one hour. Be inspired by the historic buildings, immerse yourself in the past and enjoy the peace of the enchanting grounds.
Comfortably glide across the deep blue water
Big BLS scheduled boats glide across the turquoise blue lake within about two hours from Thun to Interlaken West and make a stop in Spiez. The community of Spiez has a total of more than four landing stages – so-called «Schiffländten». How about a stroll along the lakeside path from the Ländte Spiez to the Ländte in Faulensee? You can then casually return by boat.
